Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a senior professional to lead risk management, compliance and audit activities in a multinational setting. You will drive internal controls, financial governance and risk mitigation across regions, coordinating audits and ensuring policy adherence.

Renault Trucks and Volvo Group value proactive, detail-oriented leaders with strong communication skills and fluency in English, capable of shaping sustainable transport solutions for a global audience.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required in Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance and audit.
  • Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, tax and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure dealer compliance with contracts and financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulations; implement new procedures when needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up findings.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and risk mitigation plans.
  • Prepare internal control, risk, and audit-related reports and ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare internal control, risk and financial reports (working capital, DSO, cash flow).
  • Follow up legal cases with external legal offices and inform stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts, procedures and corporate documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with Head Office policies and maintain regular communication.
  • Managing treasury operations and cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure dealer compliance with contracts and financial operations
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulations; implement new procedures when needed

Who are you?

• Undergraduate degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Min 10 years of experience including risk management, compliance, credit control and audit
• Preferably experience in multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, tax and local regulations
• Ability to assess legal and financial risks
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset
• Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
