Job summary

ADASTEC Corp. seeks a Quality Assurance lead to establish and optimize the Integrated Management System across ISO, EMS, ISMS, and ASPICE domains. You will work with engineering and production teams to ensure traceability, manage audits, and drive CAPA actions.

The role requires strong communication in English, leadership in cross-functional quality initiatives, and experience in formal assessments. Based in Türkiye with a global standards focus and hands-on process improvement responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with quality focus and ISO systems exposure.
• Experience in formal assessments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and automotive safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve Integrated Management System per ISO/ASPICE standards.
• Partner with cross-functional owners to define workflows and processes.
• Collaborate to tailor system and software lifecycles with traceability across work products.
• Develop and maintain QM documentation, procedures, templates, and checklists.
• Plan and conduct management reviews and audits of QMS/EMS/ISMS/ASPICE domains.
• Monitor CAPA, risk management, supplier assessments, and action tracking.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods.
• Define and report quality KPIs and coach teams on IMS implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Partner with cross-functional business process owners to define and align organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering process owners to define, tailor, and optimize system and software development lifecycles in accordance with ASPICE 4.0, ensuring full bidirectional traceability across all technical work products.
• Develop, review, and maintain management system documentation, engineering procedures, work instructions, templates, checklists, and handbooks.
• Plan and conduct Management Review meetings, and follow up on internal and external audit programs across QMS, EMS, OH&S, ISMS, and ASPICE assessment domains, while supporting certification processes
• Monitor and track review checklists for Work Products generated under SMS (Safety Management System), CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System), ISMS (Information Security Management System), and SUMS (Software Update Management System), identifying gaps or non-conformities.
• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses against relevant engineering standards, establishing action plans and tracking identified non-conformities to closure.
• Coordinate risk management activities and monitor mitigation actions.
• Support supplier quality management by participating in supplier assessments and monitoring their process compliance.
• Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis) to resolve process deviations.
• Define, monitor, and report corporate quality KPIs and process metrics to senior leadership to drive continuous organizational excellence.
• Mentor, coach, and provide training sessions to cross-functional teams on Quality and Integrated Management System implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, Computer Engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ASPICE 4.0.
• In-depth knowledge of ASPICE process categories.
• Proven experience conducting formal assessments independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the system/software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of risk-based thinking and continual improvement approaches.
• Skilled in tools/methodologies (e.g. FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
• Knowledge of common problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Six-Sigma, RedX, Shainin, 5-Why, Fishbone, PDCA).
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO21448, ISO21434, EU2022/1426).
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional quality initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Lead Auditor certification is a strong asset.
