Job summary

INATIS in Istanbul seeks a Supply Chain Operations Excellence Specialist to provide operational support across MEA transport and logistics, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with local teams and partners to resolve issues and implement optimization actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, at least 5 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. French is a plus and mobility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transport, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and international logistics operations.
• Experience in operational performance management, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of Transport, Warehousing, Customs and logistics service providers.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Supply Chain and logistics teams across the MEA region.
• Monitor and improve the performance of international transport and logistics operations.
• Support operational teams within the plants and help resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
• Monitor KPIs related to cost, quality, lead time, service level and operational performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Support the management of transport and logistics crises and develop alternative solutions when required.
• Monitor logistics service providers’ performance and contribute to performance reviews.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to Supply Chain cost optimization and productivity improvement programs.
• Work with Operations, Customs, Finance, Quality, Projects and external logistics partners.
• Support Global and Regional Supply Chain teams on new Transport, Warehousing and Packaging initiatives.
• Prepare and contribute to operational reporting and performance reviews.

As part of the development of our activities, INATIS is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Excellence Specialist to provide operational support and performance improvement across transport and logistics activities in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

This role is primarily focused on supporting existing Supply Chain operations, monitoring performance, identifying issues and implementing improvement actions, while working closely with local operational teams and logistics partners.
