Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Retail Training Manager based in Istanbul for a leading multinational luxury retail company. You will drive delivery and execution of training across all stores within the HUB, delivering business training across in-store, classroom, and one-to-one settings, while creating decks for briefings and activities.

You will act as Training Expert and strategic partner, coach Client Advisors, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with business owners to define priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Retail, ideally store operations or management.
• Experience in training departments or roles focused on developing others.
• Hands-on selling background with floor coaching.
• Strong product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.
• Professional fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies tied to Business Training projects, facilitate monthly district training calls, and ensure training content meets quality expectations.
• Foster a positive, continuous-learning culture and environment across all stores.

Monitor Training KPIs in line with the global framework and analyze Business KPIs to identify strategic learning solutions that drive sales.

Manage relationships between business owners and the Training team, collaborating closely to assess needs and define training priorities.

Develop and execute communication strategies tied to Business Training projects, facilitate monthly district training calls, and ensure training content meets quality expectations.

qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail industry (ideally with a background in retail shop floor operations or store management).
• Proven experience within training departments or in roles where training and developing others was a core responsibility (Luxury Retail experience is highly preferred).
• Hands‑on selling background with a confident approach to retail sales techniques and floor coaching.
• Strong product expertise, awareness of fashion industry trends, and a passion for brand storytelling.
• Professional fluency in both English and Turkish.
• Experience with Digital Learning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• High level of influencing and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across different teams.
• Strong business orientation with an analytical approach to data and performance metrics.
• High agility to adapt and reprioritize quickly in line with evolving business needs.
• International experience and cultural sensitivity to successfully balance a global approach with local market requirements.
