Qualifications

• Graduates from Human Resources, Labor Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or related departments of universities.
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automotive or similar industrial sectors preferred.
• Proficient in white-collar and blue-collar recruitment processes.
• Knowledgeable about competency-based interview techniques.
• Able to effectively use LinkedIn and career portals.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High follow-up and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinker, results-oriented and team player.
• Able to manage intensive recruitment processes simultaneously.
• English language skills and experience in technical/engineering recruitment positions are preferred.
• Residing in or able to reside in Çorum.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing recruitment needs for open positions in collaboration with relevant managers and creating position profiles.
• Preparing and publishing job postings and creating candidate pools.
• Conducting candidate research through career portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Managing CV screening, preliminary interviews, and candidate evaluation processes.
• Coordinating technical and competency-based interview processes with relevant managers.
• Conducting reference checks and offer processes for candidates.
• Monitoring and regularly reporting on all stages of the recruitment process.
• Creating and maintaining an active candidate pool in line with employee needs.
• Developing collaborations with universities, vocational schools, and other relevant institutions.
• Contributing to the development of employer branding and candidate experience.
• Ensuring that recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with company procedures and GDPR.
