Job summary

DP World is seeking a Training Executive to join the Human Capital team, coordinating training and development across the organization. The role focuses on planning, record-keeping, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in training/L&D, with strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Turkish and English. A hybrid/onsite fit is likely in a global logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, Human Resources, or a similar role.
• Experience in coordinating training programs and managing training records and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of training and development activities in line with operational and business needs.
• Support training needs analysis in collaboration with department managers and HR Business Partners to identify employee and workforce development priorities.
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of annual training plans in line with business requirements and corporate learning frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, communication, organization, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor mandatory training and certification requirements, including MYK, MEB, and other regulatory certifications, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and related documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training participation, completion rates, training hours, and certification status, and prepare regular training reports.
• Coordinate the activities of the training team to ensure the effective and timely execution of training initiatives.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of the training budget and related expenditures.
• Ensure training processes and documentation are aligned with corporate, regional, and global learning standards.
• Act as the focal point within the Human Capital department for training-related audit and quality management activities.
• Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of Human Capital documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Monitor compliance of Human Capital processes with company policies and quality management systems, and follow up on audit findings and improvement actions.
• Work closely with operational departments, HR Business Partners, regional and global learning teams, and external training providers to ensure effective delivery of training initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, Human Resources, or a similar role.
• Experience in coordinating training programs and managing training records and certification processes.
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or other operational industries is a significant plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; you are comfortable managing multiple training activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you can build effective relationships with employees, managers, and external training providers.
• Analytical mindset; you are comfortable working with training data, reports, completion rates, and certification tracking.
• Strong attention to detail; you ensure training records, documentation, and compliance requirements are accurate and up to date.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Learning Management Systems or other HR systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multicultural teams while also managing tasks independently.
• Adaptable and proactive approach; you are comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment and responding to changing business needs.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Strong learning and development mindset with an interest in employee capability development and continuous improvement.
