Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Trade Marketing Supervisor to plan and run commercial activation activities in the Supermarket (SPM) channel across Turkey. You will drive channel growth, guide sales and field teams, and support RMN initiatives while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver shopper-centric solutions.

Responsibilities include designing promotions for SPM and e-commerce platforms, tracking ROI and budgets, and collaborating with agencies and suppliers to boost in-store visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or related FMCG functions.
• Experience with modern trade, supermarket and e-commerce models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and periodic activation plans for the Supermarket (SPM) channel.
• Design and manage commercial and promotional programs that support channel growth.
• Track performance, budget utilization, and ROI of SPM activities.
• Execute commercial plans for e-commerce platforms such as Migros Sanal Market and Trendyol GO.
• Coordinate RMN projects and evaluate performance with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement engagement and motivation programs for sales teams.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of the commercial agenda with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage and report activation budgets.
• Lead activation processes for new product launches in the channel.
• Analyze insights from field teams and customers to identify growth opportunities.
