Responsibilities

• Defining regional sales and execution strategy aligned with PepsiCo objectives.
• Leading frontline sales teams across multiple territories for unified execution.
• Tracking KPIs, region-wide target setting, and ensuring GTM discipline.
• Forecasting regional sales, growth and budget plans.
• Managing distributor network and GTM models to sustain profitability.
• Coordinating with Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
