Versuni in Istanbul is seeking a Perfect Store & Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist to lead trade marketing across key categories, develop in-store visibility, and drive promotional campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and global teams to manage budgets, analyze performance, and optimize retail execution. The role offers a hybrid work model with ongoing incentives and product discounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial excellence in B2C environment; FMCG/consumer electronics background preferred.
• Solid knowledge in in-store execution, promotional calendars, and trade partnerships.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the trade marketing strategy across key product categories to drive growth.
• Lead planning and execution of in-store visibility initiatives, promotions, displays, demos, and POS materials.
• Manage national promotional calendar aligned with marketing priorities and commercial objectives.
