Procter & Gamble is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager in Istanbul to strategically partner with customers and drive profitable category growth. You will lead negotiations, build and implement business plans, and translate insights into compelling selling stories.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to shape customer strategies, turning data into actionable plans while serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the business.

Competenze

• University degree (in 2027 or recently graduated).
• Excellent command over both written & spoken English.
• Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to live in cities different than hometown.
