Job summary

Ferrero in Istanbul is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Discounter & Traditional Trade Channel Development Manager. You will drive growth through channel strategies, acting as the Sales-Marketing liaison and shaping bottom-up business plans. The role sits hybrid in Istanbul and reports to the Channel & Category Development Manager.

You will lead JBPs, analyze channel performance, and support sales in negotiations while aligning with the Ferrero plan and market positioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of Trade Marketing or related FMCG experience.
Experience with Nielsen and other market intelligence tools is advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies across channels and customers.
Support sales with customer contract negotiations and compelling selling arguments.
Contribute to end-to-end customer offers and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Monitor performance through sell-in/sell-out analysis and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize trade investments and execution excellence.
Define business targets for assigned customers and ensure timely follow-up.
