Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Partnership Executive – Tour Guide Acquisition in Turkey to source, assess and onboard local tour guides while developing universities and tourism associations. You will screen candidates, manage pipelines, and negotiate terms to expand the partner network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in tourism, hospitality, business or related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, recruitment, or partnerships in tourism.
• Experience sourcing independent professionals or tour providers is highly preferred.
• Strong network with universities, associations or industry groups is a plus.
• Excellent research, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified tour guides through unions, directories, social media, universities, referrals, and job boards.
• Build relationships with universities and tourism bodies to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Research potential partners for credibility, language skills, certifications and reviews.
• Conduct structured screening interviews to assess communication, knowledge, and suitability.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, rank partners, and prepare candidate profiles for management.
• Negotiate basic terms, coordinate onboarding, and assist contract prep.
• Expand sourcing channels and partnerships to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain CRM data, metrics, and weekly pipeline reports.
• Gather feedback to improve recruitment standards and partner quality.
