Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is expanding its partnerships team in Turkey to acquire qualified local tour guides and build strong ties with universities, tourism associations, and industry stakeholders. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, structured candidate assessments, and onboarding coordination to grow the guide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, recruitment, partnerships, hospitality or tourism operations.
• Experience sourcing independent professionals, freelancers, contractors, or tourism service providers.
• Experience with tour operators, DMCs, travel platforms, tourism organizations, or university career services is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of local tourism ecosystems and partner networks is preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct structured interviews, candidate assessments, and partnership evaluations.
• Strong research capability to verify backgrounds, certifications, and credibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building with universities and industry partners.
• Strong negotiation skills for partnership terms and arrangements.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified tour guides through diverse channels (associations, directories, social media, universities, referrals, job boards).
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, tourism faculties, student groups, and industry stakeholders to strengthen pipelines.
• Conduct background research on potential partners including tour specialties, language capabilities, certifications, and credibility.
• Perform structured screening interviews to evaluate communication, professionalism, storytelling, knowledge, safety, and service capability.
• Assess candidates using standardized criteria and rank based on business requirements.
• Prepare candidate profiles, recommendations, and market assessments for management review.
• Negotiate basic terms, coordinate onboarding, and support contract preparation and readiness.
• Explore new sourcing channels and partnerships to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain recruitment databases, CRM records, sourcing metrics, and weekly pipeline reports.
• Collect feedback from onboarded guides and stakeholders to improve standards.
