Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Partnership Executive – Tour Guide Acquisition in Turkey to identify, evaluate, and onboard local tour guides while building lasting relationships with universities, tourism associations, and industry stakeholders.

You will source guides through associations, directories, and universities; conduct screening interviews, assess fit, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding, with ongoing CRM management and weekly pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in business development, recruitment, or partnership management.
• Experience sourcing independent professionals and tour operators.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills with universities and associations.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified tour guides through diverse channels.
• Build relationships with universities and tourism associations.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates.
• Negotiate basic terms and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline health weekly.
• Visit partners and conduct outreach as needed.
