• Execute and oversee End-to-End Time & Attendance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of working time, absences, leave and attendance data.
• Manage system controls, data validation & reconciliations, resolving complex cases while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
• Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT and stakeholders.
• Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.
