Job summary

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Istanbul is seeking a Customer and Logistics Operations Expert with 3–5 years of logistics experience. You will coordinate daily logistics, monitor service performance, and drive improvements across packaging, dispatch, and lead times.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in CRM and ERP tools, with hybrid working options and opportunities across Turkey and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics operations.
• Experience with logistics service providers and customer-facing SCM activities.
• Experience coordinating operational processes and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and monitor service performance to meet targets and customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve customer lead times and support initiatives to enhance service levels.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate recurring operational performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee packaging and dispatch processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage customer claims and complaints related to logistics performance and delivery.
