Job summary

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Bursa is seeking a Time and Attendance Responsible for end-to-end management of working time, absences, and attendance data. The role emphasizes compliance with labour regulations and collaboration with Payroll, HR and IT teams.

The position offers a maximum 2-year fixed-term contract and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the Global HRS network. Fluency in English is expected.

We are looking for Time and Attendance Responsible – Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters located in Bursa.

• Execute and oversee End-to-EndTime & Attendance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of working time, absences, leave and attendance data.
• Manage system controls, data validation & reconciliations, resolving complex cases when required. Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, company policies and internal control requirements.
• Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT and relevant stakeholders.
• Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.
• • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field
  • 3 years of professional working experience
  • Payroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance and risk management knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance and internal controls
  • Basic understanding of international assignment, global mobility or expatriate processes is considered an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility
  • Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network
  • Strong IT skills with openness to automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
