Job summary

TikTok is seeking a dynamic partnerships professional to develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies aligned with business objectives. You will identify and onboard high-quality partners spanning commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing providers.

Collaborating across functions, you will streamline partner launches and remove operational barriers while continuously analyzing partner performance to maximize efficiency and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commerce operations or related fields.
• Experience driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals.
• Fluent in English and Turkish
