BD is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to drive sustainable sales growth across Türkiye's Marmara and Black Sea regions, focusing on Medication Delivery Solutions and key healthcare partners.

You will develop territory plans, lead distributor interactions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with clinical, marketing, and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy or medical technology).
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or related industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within Türkiye and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sustainable sales growth and expand market share for BD MDS in Marmara and Black Sea regions.
• Develop territory business plans and achieve/exceed sales quotas; manage distributor relationships.
• Lead product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and negotiations; collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists and customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records (Salesforce).
• Provide post-sales support and build long-term partnerships; report territory performance regularly.
