Lilly Türkiye is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Manager to lead an MSL team in assigned therapeutic areas. You will supervise field-based personnel, drive training, and implement strategic plans to maximize scientific impact.

You will collaborate with medical leaders and cross-functional teams, ensure compliant field activities, and manage team budgets while supporting access to patients through science-led engagement and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience of 5+ years.
• Experience as MSL or medical manager preferred.
• Leadership/people management experience.
• Medical information or therapeutic area expertise.

Responsabilités

• Supervise direct reports and manage performance development.
• Oversee training for MSL personnel.
• Recruit and staff field-based positions as appropriate.
• Deploy tools and resources to enable field activities.
• Partner with medical leadership to align strategies.
