Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) seeks a Territory Manager for the Marmara and Black Sea regions of Türkiye. You will drive sustainable sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer partnerships with BD Medication Delivery Solutions.

Develop and execute a territory plan to exceed sales quotas for distribution products. Applicants should have 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, strong healthcare market knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated sales success in medical devices or healthcare sectors.
Ability to develop strategic territory plans and meet/exceed quotas.

Mansioni

Identify and cultivate relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital admins, procurement, and supply chain managers.
Perform product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with favorable terms.
Collaborate with clinical specialists, marketing, and customer service to provide solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (SFDC).
Drive distributor performance and territory growth plans.
