Job summary

ComAp Group in Istanbul is seeking an energetic Technical Support Engineer to support the Turkish market, providing expert assistance for ComAp control systems across engine control, hybrid systems, marine, bi-fuel, and Genset Control.

The role combines hands-on installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training, with regular field visits and collaboration with global support teams to ensure fast, effective resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
Experience in Technical Support, Field Service, or similar roles.
Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, generators, or industrial controls.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and distributors via phone, email, online meetings, and on-site visits.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to ComAp products and applications.
Install, commission, configure, and test control systems at customer sites.
Deliver technical training online and on-site for customers and partners.
Travel regularly across Turkey to support customers and projects.
Collaborate with global Technical Support teams to ensure quick resolutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional technical assistance.
