Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH in Istanbul Asia region seeks a Field Service Technician to keep our compressor technology running and ensure customer satisfaction. You will start from home, travel to customer sites in your region with a company vehicle, and perform installations, inspections, repairs, and proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driving license required for travel to customer sites.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software for service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
