Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring fast resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Deploy operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve and escalate issues.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure security compliance.
• Provide end-user training and write technical docs.
• Manage support tickets for internal stakeholders.
