Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions in Ankara. You will travel to customer sites in your designated region, perform inspections, troubleshooting, installations, and safety-compliant service, acting as the primary on-site contact for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical experience is required.
• High school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills are essential.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
