Job summary

Medcaptain in Turkey is seeking a field-support professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and visit end users across the region. You will keep strong relations with hospitals’ medical equipment management and key distributors helping ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in medical industry, English proficiency, and willingness to travel. You’ll collaborate with sales/marketing and manage spare parts and demo units locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; biomedical engineering preferred.
• 2+ years in medical industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong English listening, speaking, reading.
• Good learning, communication, organization, analytical and under-pressure skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support distributors in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user visits.
• Provide technical training to distributor staff; monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and address distributor issues; assist with customer complaints and major area problems.
• Assist sales and marketing to promote products and provide marketing support; gather installation info and customer needs.
• Manage spare parts stock and demo units for the area.
• Output experience and English/local language materials regularly.
• Develop and maintain Medcaptain brand in the local market.
