Job summary

KEBA Industrial Automation GmbH in Istanbul, Turkey, is seeking a Field Application Engineer (all genders) to define innovative automation solutions and provide high-level technical support to customers on site and remotely.

You will collaborate with Türkish, Austrian and German teams, support prototype commissioning, deliver trainings, and drive pre-sales activities with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics.
• Two or more years of work experience in the same field.
• Experience in Motion Control, PLC, HMI programming (script languages, JAVA, C/C++, IEC 61131 programming).
• Familiarity with industrial fieldbuses, knowledge of servo control technologies and mechatronic concepts.

Responsibilities

• Defining innovative automation solutions to improve the performance of customers' machines.
• Pre-sales promotion of products and solutions.
• Highly qualified technical support to customers on-site and remote.
• Customer support during prototype commissioning.
• Preparation and execution of technical trainings and workshops for customers.
• Technical advice and support for customers on site and remote.
• Carrying out application-related customer trainings.
• Working in an international context with colleagues in Türkiye, Austria and Germany.
• Territorial responsibility: Türkiye.
• Willingness to travel.
