Job summary

Rencons Heavy Industries seeks a Technical Office Engineer to join a large-scale international project in the Ust-Luga region of Russia. You will support project and financial processes outside the construction site, coordinating financial documentation and claims.

The role offers a rotation schedule, shuttle service, on-site health facilities and private health insurance, plus camp accommodation. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, are fluent in English, and willing to work abroad

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
• Willing and able to work abroad long-term.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and competent in written reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on official client correspondence and analyze if they are subject to a claim.
• Identify additional income opportunities, prepare documentation, and ensure follow-up.
• Detect situations subject to claims and handle related documentation and reporting processes.
• Manage contract-related additional income tracking and prepare progress payment files.

About the Position

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust‑Luga Region of Russia. As a company known for delivering international‑scale projects, we seek professionals who would play a key role in supporting project and financial processes outside the construction site. This role directly contributes to the overall success of the project by playing a central role in the coordination of financial documentation and claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on official correspondence from the client and analyze whether they are subject to claim
• Identify additional income opportunities, prepare the necessary documentation, and ensure their follow‑up
• Detect situations that are subject to claims and handle related documentation and reporting processes
• Manage contract‑related additional income tracking based on the main contract and prepare corresponding progress payment files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Fluent in English, a good command of Russian is a plus
• Willing and able to work abroad on a long‑term basis
• Strong analytical thinking, detail‑oriented, and competent in written reporting
