Job summary

RenconsHeavy Industries is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a large-scale industrial project in the Ust Luga region. The role focuses on leading electrical works, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety and compliance on site.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of experience, and fluent English with Russian considered a plus. Rotation schedules, shuttle service, health coverage, and on-site camp accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience.
• Experience in project and site management in Power & Heat, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in electrical works in large-scale industrial projects.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred.

• Being responsible for all electrical works within the given scope.
• Checking materials before and during installation/construction.
• Coordinating materials and applications.
• Ensuring subcontractors and field teams follow safety rules during installation/construction.
• Approval of installations and reporting non-conforming productions.
• Reviewing subcontractors’ quantity surveys and progress payments.

About the Position

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. As a company known for delivering international-scale projects, we seek professionals who would play a key role in supporting the project in the field and engineering processes outside the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Being responsible for all electrical works within the given scope,
• Checking materials before and during the installation/construction phase,
• Ensuring coordination of materials and applications,
• Ensuring that subcontractors and field teams work by occupational safety rules during the installation/construction process,
• Approval of the installation/construction made and reporting of non-conforming productions,
• Checking subcontractors’ quantity survey and progress payments reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field of Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience,
• Experienced in project and site management in Power & Heat, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects,
• Experienced in electrical works in big scale industrial projects,
• Advanced knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ASME, EN) related to electrical works in industrial projects; familiarity with Russian standards and regulations (GOST) is a big plus,
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred,
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work.
