Rencons Heavy Industries seeks a Contract Engineer to support a large-scale international project in Russia. The role focuses on managing contract amendments, preparing claims, and handling change orders with strong collaboration across clients and internal teams.

Required are at least 2 years of contract engineering experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English; Russian language knowledge is preferred.

About the Position

We are looking for a Contract Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust-Luga Region of Russia.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage contract amendments, addendum preparations,
• Preparing Claim, Variation Order, Unit Price analysis, change order process,
• Review and analyze project drawings and technical documentation to ensure compliance with field operations,
• Track, evaluate, and report project man-hour data and baseline cost parameters,
• Draft and issue formal letters, notices, and contractual correspondence to the client as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Contract Engineer,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred,
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams,
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment,
• Systematic, dynamic and team-work oriented,
