Rencons Heavy Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Office Engineer to join our large-scale project in the Ust-Luga Region of Russia. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing employer progress payments and managing payment documentation effectively.

The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and good command of English, with proficiency in Russian preferred. Join our experienced team and benefit from covered accommodation, transportation, and meals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Progress Payment Departments of construction companies.
• Experience in Russia on subcontractor management.
• Familiarity with KS-2, KS3, KS6a documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employer progress payments according to required formats.
• Revise payment documents based on employer feedback.
• Check as-built quantities against contract measurement methods.

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Office Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust-Luga Region of Russia.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of employer progress payments in accordance with the employer's formats,
• Preparation of progress payment reports,
• Proving the amounts in the employer's progress payments to the employer and obtaining the employer's approval,
• Making revisions in progress payment documents based on employer comments,
• Checking as-built quantities and database quantities according to contract measurement methods,
• Preparation of administrative progress payments for Cost + Profit items and getting approval from the employer,
• Preparation of the progress payment database and getting approval from the employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering departments,
• At least 3 years experience at the Progress Payment Departments of construction companies (or Technical Office departments responsible for progress payments),
• Prior working experience in Russia on the subject of subcontractor management,
• Has been involved in the preparation of documents such as KS-2, KS3, KS6a,
• Able to read as-built documents in the Russian format and able to match BoQ items with as-built quantities,
• Actively used the AIS-NSK system,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Russian is preferred,
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams,
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• Systematic, dynamic and team-work oriented.
