About the Position
We are seeking a Machinery & Equipment Engineer to take part in our large-scale superstructure projects in the Moscow Region of Russia. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in machinery operations and cross-disciplinary coordination within construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying project requirements in line with the work plan for the management and administration of on-site heavy/construction machinery and equipment including tower cranes,
- Intervening when necessary to improve machinery and equipment efficiency, and providing recommendations to senior management and other disciplines,
- Monitoring the maintenance and repair processes of machinery and equipment used on site in accordance with project requirements,
- Ensuring the preparation of technical documentation and reports,
- Conducting planned tracking and management of machinery and equipment,
- Controlling and reviewing machinery and equipment progress payments (entitlement).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of engineering,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams,
- Advanced level of English and/or preferably Russian,
- 2-5 years of experience in machinery and equipment operations,
- Ability to effectively coordinate and work in cooperation with clients and internal teams,
- Experience in monitoring and reporting machinery and equipment efficiency,
- Ability to work and lead effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment,
- Ensuring the progression of machinery and equipment processes in compliance with the company’s OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
