Responsibilities

• Responsible for all planning activities within the given scope.
• Create Baseline Work Programs with Primavera P6.
• Prepare project progress reports.
• Monitoring of subcontractor work schedules and comparing with baseline.
• Preparing delay analysis for working schedule compared to baseline schedule and proposing mitigation or acceleration plan, coordinated with site management.
• Preparing project progress reports.
• Preparing and following-up daily, weekly, monthly employer reports.

We are looking for a “Senior Planning Engineer” for our heavy industry project taking place in Russia, Ust Luga.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil, Mechanical, E&E Engineering or a related field of Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of proven planning experience in construction projects,
• Experienced in Power & Heat, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects,
• Experienced in creating the baseline work program and updating it with its resources on a weekly and monthly basis,
• Experienced in performing analyses in the work program such as "Delay analysis", "Mitigation plan" and "Acceleration plan",
• Experienced in team management,
• Fluent in English and Russian,
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams,
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and inspire a team,
• Ability to work and lead well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment,
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented character without neither losing focus of the project goals nor the sight of the big picture,
