Ford Otosan is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Specialist to strengthen technical capabilities by designing data-driven upskilling and reskilling programs. The role focuses on technical development and uses learning technologies, analytics and process automation to create scalable, measurable learning experiences.

This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, IT, Koç Holding and external partners, manage end-to-end delivery,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development.
• Hands-on experience in technical capability development, learning analytics, and learning-journey design.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning solutions.
• Proficiency in data interpretation and turning insights into learning decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify capability needs and translate them into learning journeys and annual plans.
• Design and implement technical upskilling and reskilling programs.
• Develop academies, curricula and role-based learning paths.
• Conduct capability assessments and turn findings into solutions.
• Create blended and digital learning solutions using adult-learning principles.
• Manage end-to-end learning delivery plans and measurement.
• Use LMS/LXP and digital tools to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Develop learning analytics dashboards and reporting approaches.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners on system improvements.
• Contribute to Koç Holding L&D group-wide strategies.
