Job summary

Ford Otosan is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a mechanical or mechatronics background to lead maintenance activities across facilities. You will coordinate workers, ensure safety and TPM-aligned TPM practices while driving continuous improvement in automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance leadership, strong English, and good MS Office proficiency. Hybrid work model, Koç Pension benefits and Flextra side options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Very good command of English and strong MS Office skills.
• Teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Military service completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair activities to ensure efficient machine operation with planned maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance work, maintain safety and monitor standards and schedules.
• Analyze failure frequencies and work on preventing failures to shorten recovery times.
• Lead maintenance workers and ensure safety compliance within TPM scope.
• Support Industry 4.0 and smart production/maintenance initiatives.
