Job summary

Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader to guide the Maintenance Planning Department in Eskişehir. You will lead planning and execution of mechanical maintenance, drive strategies, ensure safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance plant performance.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical maintenance, strong leadership, English proficiency, and relocation to Eskişehir. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, mechanical systems, and OHS regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Eskişehir.
