Job summary

Servet invites a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist to join our growing team in Fethiye. You will own recruitment across retail, production, and professional roles, manage onboarding journeys, and coordinate learning & development activities to strengthen our organization.

You will also contribute to organizational development, competency frameworks, and HR process improvements as Servet scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in onboarding, learning & development, and/or organizational development processes.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, or other operationally intensive environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence in working with HR systems and data.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up.
• Able to take ownership and drive processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across retail, production, operations, and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer processes.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide structured candidate evaluations.
• Own onboarding journey for new employees and deliver company and HR orientation sessions.
• Coordinate department and role-specific onboarding programs with managers.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities and support training plans.
• Track employee training participation, completion, and training records.
• Contribute to organizational design, job analysis, and role clarification initiatives.
