As our organization continues to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist who will play a key role in attracting the right talent while helping us strengthen the people practices and organizational systems that will support our growth.
This is not a recruitment-only role. You will take ownership of recruitment across different parts of our business, manage the onboarding journey of new employees, coordinate learning & development activities, and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across retail, production, operations, and professional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer processes
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide structured candidate evaluations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports and insights
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Own and coordinate the onboarding journey for new employees
- Deliver company and HR orientation sessions to new joiners
- Coordinate department and role-specific onboarding programs with managers
- Follow up with new employees throughout their onboarding and probation periods
- Collect feedback from new hires and managers and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience
- Develop and maintain onboarding presentations, checklists, and supporting materials
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training activities
- Support the development of annual and periodic training plans
- Coordinate training schedules, participants, and related communication
- Track employee training participation, completion, and training records
- Support training needs analysis and follow up on development actions
- Prepare and maintain training materials, reports, and documentation
Organizational Development
- Contribute to organizational design, job analysis, job descriptions, and role clarification initiatives
- Maintain organizational charts and related HR documentation
- Support the development and implementation of competency, performance, talent, and career management practices
- Contribute to employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Take an active role in HR process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects
- Analyze HR data and translate it into meaningful reports and insightsWork closely with the HR Director on organizational development projects as the company continues to scale
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, or a related field
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment
- Experience in onboarding, learning & development, and/or organizational development processes
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, or other operationally intensive environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence in working with HR systems and data
- Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up
- Able to take ownership and drive processes independently
- Comfortable working with different employee groups, from frontline and operational teams to professional and managerial roles
- Curious about how organizations work and motivated to improve existing processes rather than simply operate them
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where priorities evolve, and new systems are continuously being built
