Job summary

ING Türkiye is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to attract the right talent, build strong pipelines, and shape capabilities for the future. You will partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in talent acquisition, and proven ability to use data-driven insights to improve hiring quality and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
• Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into talent solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Analytical mindset and confidence in working with recruitment metrics and market data.
• Strong communication, interviewing and assessment skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and candidate-centric approach.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring and sourcing priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: needs, sourcing, assessment, offers, onboarding.
• Monitor labor market trends and competitor activity to provide market insights.
• Identify and nurture diverse talent pools, building sustainable pipelines.
• Apply assessment methods to align needs with candidate capabilities.
• Deliver an engaging, inclusive, candidate-centric experience that strengthens the employer brand.
• Build relationships with universities and networks to attract top talent.
• Leverage metrics to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and increase talent density.
