The role requires 10+ years in Learning/Talent Management, fluency in English, and strong stakeholder management. You will work in a hybrid setup with opportunities for global assignments and development.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate data into business actions.
• Experience in global matrix organizations is a plus.
