Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment management.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline skills.
• Translate business priorities into talent solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset and recruitment data fluency.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and candidate-centric approach.
• Fluent in English; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into hiring priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment to onboarding.
• Monitor labor market trends and provide market insights to strengthen strategies.
• Identify and nurture diverse talent pools for current and future needs.
• Apply assessment methods to align candidacies with business requirements.
• Deliver an engaging, inclusive candidate experience and strengthen employer brand.
• Build relationships with universities and external networks to attract top talent.
• Leverage metrics and analytics to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and increase talent density.
