Voodoo is expanding its Growth team in Istanbul and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment across Growth disciplines. You will scale on-site teams as the Istanbul office grows, leveraging a wide network and creative outreach to attract top talent in Türkiye.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and coordinate with the global TA team to align with market dynamics. Hybrid work policy and new Istanbul offices accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Solid hiring experience in the gaming industry in Türkiye.
• Genuine understanding of local studios, talent pools, and market dynamics.
• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English.
• Autonomous and rigorous, with strong organizational skills and structured ways of working.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across Growth roles, managing pipelines from sourcing to close.
• Activate network in Türkiye's gaming ecosystem to surface passive talent and expand channels.
• Own local outreach with culturally resonant messaging to stand out in the Turkish market.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, and closing, keeping the global TA team informed.
• Continuously map the competitive landscape to strengthen Voodoo's employer brand in Istanbul.
