Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Istanbul is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to support the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers, coordinate interviews, and help deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will use English daily, source candidates via job boards and networks, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment analytics within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong interest in recruitment and career in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• First recruitment/H.R./customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Source candidates on job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings in English to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, specialists, and managers.
• Keep ATS and internal tools updated with candidate data.
• Provide timely updates and candidate experience throughout.
