Job summary

TORRECID TURKIYE is seeking an active HR team member to manage initial recruitment operations and candidate analysis, contributing to the evaluation and development of value-added HR activities.

Key duties include collecting CVs, screening candidates, and reporting assessments to decision makers, while building university partnerships and maintaining HR records in our software system. Fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, business, labor economics & IR, or social sciences.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn.
• High sense of responsibility, self motivation, and teamwork.
• Good judgment and independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collect incoming CVs and build a qualified candidate pool.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews aligned with policies.
• Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports for decision makers.
• Communicate interview outcomes timely and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with universities and manage talent programs.
• Record candidate and employee data accurately in HR software.
