Job summary

Koç University is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop talent pipelines, and enhance candidate experience in a dynamic academic setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong English, and proficiency with digital tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with institutional hiring needs (need analysis, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer, etc.).
• Exploring and implementing innovative and alternative recruitment channels.
• Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Building talent pipelines through internal and external partnerships (e.g., career fairs, alumni engagement, university collaborations).
• Effectively using digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net, etc.).
• Preparing reports and conducting analysis related to recruitment activities.
• Collaborating with academic and administrative units to conduct needs assessments.
• Supporting core HR processes such as onboarding and development.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on culture, engagement, and employee experience topics.
• Contributing to the implementation and internalization of HR policies across assigned units.
