Job summary

TORRECID TURKIYE is seeking an active HR team member to manage initial recruitment operations and candidate analysis, contributing to the evaluation and development of value-added HR activities.

Key duties include collecting CVs, screening candidates, and reporting assessments to decision makers, while building university partnerships and maintaining HR records in our software system. Fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, business, labor economics & IR, or social sciences.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn.
• High sense of responsibility, self motivation, and teamwork.
• Good judgment and independent decision making.

Responsibilities

Job description

Looking for an active team member for internal human resources projects at Torrecid. Managing initial recruitment operations and candidate analysis processes. Contributing directly to the evaluation and development of value added HR activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collecting incoming CVs for job openings and creating a qualified candidate pool.
• Conducting initial candidate screening and interviews aligned with company policies and strategies.
• Preparing detailed candidate assessment reports and presenting them to decision makers.
• Providing timely and professional candidate communication regarding interview outcomes.
• Maintaining relationships with universities and managing talent programs.
• Processing candidate and employee records accurately into HR software platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Graduated from Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, or Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Well developed interviewing, assessment, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking capacity and eagerness to learn.
• High sense of responsibility, self motivation, and excellent teamwork skills.
