Responsibilities

Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards and social media.
Review and process candidate resumes provided by the company.
Coordinate interview schedules via Email/WhatsApp across time zones.
Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
Maintain daily candidate pipeline logs and submit structured reports.
