Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and digital screening/assessment tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• HR Business Partner approach and openness to development in this area.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with institutional hiring needs (need analysis, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer, etc.).
• Exploring and implementing innovative and alternative recruitment channels.
• Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Building talent pipelines through internal and external partnerships (e.g., career fairs, alumni engagement, university collaborations).
• Effectively using digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net, etc.).
• Preparing reports and conducting analysis related to recruitment activities.
• Collaborating with academic and administrative units to conduct needs assessments.
• Supporting core HR processes such as onboarding and development.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on culture, engagement, and employee experience topics.
• Contributing to the implementation and internalization of HR policies across assigned units.
