Job summary

Gizli in Turkey is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Development Specialist to join our Head Office. The role focuses on optimizing ERP-driven supply chain processes across procurement, planning, and logistics.

You will develop training programs, monitor data accuracy, and drive system improvements in collaboration with regional teams. English proficiency is preferred; strong coordination skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Preferably experience as a key/super user.
• Preferably experience in Supply Chain and Procurement processes within ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of supply chain processes (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Import & Export) through the ERP system and supporting system usage.
• Identify opportunities to enhance ERP system knowledge and capabilities of the supply chain function and other departments within the company.
• Develop orientation and training programs required for the correct and effective use of the system; create training resources and deliver trainings.
• Monitor the accuracy of data entries in the system and take improvement initiatives to enable fast and effective reporting.
• Identify system development opportunities to ensure SoD (Segregation of Duties) compliance requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for prioritized actions.
• Provide support to users on ERP system usage and contribute to resolution of system-related issues.
