Job summary

Gizli, a leading Food & Beverage Services company, seeks a Supply Chain Process and Systems Analyst for the Head Office in Turkey. The role focuses on analyzing, improving, and standardizing supply chain processes while ensuring effective use of ERP and related systems.

You will perform data analysis, prepare reports, and support project teams with development requests, testing, and go-live activities, driving process optimization and system performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years in supply chain processes, business analysis or system management.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process management.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong coordination and project-follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve and standardize supply chain processes.
• Ensure effective use of systems supporting processes and manage development requests.
• Perform data analysis via ERP and other systems and prepare reports.
• Analyze process- and system-related issues and propose solutions.
• Lead and/or participate in supply chain projects; support projects as a team member.
• Run analysis, testing and go-live activities within project/change management.
• Coordinate with business units to improve process and system performance.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis or system management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis, or system management
• Knowledge and experience in ERP systems and business process management
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel usage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Preferably experienced in project management
• Strong communication skills, with competence in coordination and project follow-up
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong follow-up skills; detail-oriented and results-driven work discipline
• Team-oriented with strong coordination skills

Job Description:

• Ensuring the analysis, improvement, and standardization of supply chain processes.
• Ensuring the effective use of systems supporting processes and managing development requests based on user needs.
